Choosy Goosy is quick polls for your group of friends. You ask, everyone votes quietly, and the result only shows when time is up. Nobody just follows the crowd, and the group chat stops drowning in “so what are we doing?”.

How it works

Three steps and done. The goose makes sure nobody peeks.

  1. Ask a question

    Add 2 to 4 options, photos included. Set how long the group has: 10 minutes, an hour or a day.

  2. Everyone votes quietly

    Friends get a notification and pick. Until the timer ends, nobody sees anyone else's vote.

  3. Honk! It's decided

    When time is up, everyone sees the winner at the same moment. React, then ask something new right away.

Questions I hear a lot

Does it cost anything?

No. Choosy Goosy is free.

Will anyone see what I voted for?

Until the timer ends, nobody sees anyone's vote — not even whoever asked. After the result, the app shows how many votes each option got.

Do I need an account?

No. Join as a guest and hop into a group right away. Link Google later so you keep your groups when you change phones.

Why do I install the app from a file?

Because it isn't on Google Play yet. The file is signed, and Android asks just once whether your browser may install apps. New versions install the same way and your groups stay.

Does it work on iPhone?

Not yet — Android 8 or newer for now. An iPhone version is planned, together with the App Store.

What happens to photos?

Option photos stay on the server only while voting runs and for a day after the result. Then they're deleted from the server and live only on your phones.

Download and install

The app isn't on Google Play yet, so you install it from a file. It takes a minute.

  1. Download the file with the button below — ideally right on your phone.
  2. Open the downloaded file. Android asks whether your browser may install apps — allow it for that one browser.
  3. Install and open Choosy Goosy. Join as a guest or with Google, then enter your friends' group code.
